Can you imagine what would happen if humanity could control the future or the course of events?
I’ve always asked myself what the future will be, but I have never found the answer.
Will aliens conquer the earth? Will humans be replaced by robots or will we conserve our identity?
World is changing day by day: new scientific discoveries, improvements in medicine and surgery have been discovered, but also climate change, wars, murders and people who go insane are affecting our beautiful planet every day, and it’s going to disappear slowly, like a shooting star.
So, will these changes influence our future?
But my biggest question is: who will I be?
But before answering this question, I’ve to come back of 10 years, when children thought about becoming princesses, heroes, soccer players or singers, but not me.
My mum used to ask me: “what would you like to do when you'll grow up?? Since I answered her: “a pensioner Mum!” , she never asked me it anymore.
Now, however, I don't have precise ideas about my potential work. Considering the great crisis that is going on in this period, I believe that the best thing for us guys is studying, studying and still studying.
Having a cultural baggage is the most important thing for a young boy or girl that faces the future. However, anybody realizes that without know ledges, we won’t build our future.
I suppose I’ll become a tourist guide, but perhaps it is too soon to decide. In 10 years I could have changed idea and taken up medical or legal studies.
First of all my desire is only to became a better person: I think that’s important to be a good person, altruist and generous. I believe that in my future will have an essential role taking part of voluntary associations: I dream about helping others since I was 10 years old, because I believe that the world can become better only with a little help of all.
In any case, tourist guides will be required after more and more because people will travel a lot more and they need discovering new places also now.
But my life won’t be only centred on work, study and money. I want to create a family, with 2 babies and maybe also a husband. I know, now be married is becoming an “optional”, in fact how many couples are now separated?!
But in my opinion, family is the most important value that my mother and my father have handed down on me.
Future will reserve me many risks, I won't probably know how to face the day and how it will end but if I will have the clear ideas on what I want to become I think that, overall, it will be a happy future, rich of surprises and who knows? I might realize all my most hidden dreams . . . Hey can you imagine me like the first female president of the United States of America?
